Before and after liposuction of the neck in a 33 year old man who had previously undergone massive weight loss secondary to hard work and dedication. As part of other post-weight loss body contouring procedures, he wanted to have a more defined jawline.
Liposuction permanently removed fat from under his chin through two small (2 millimeter) incisions. Follow up photos are shown 9 months after surgery.
It is amazing how much more his neck skin contacted after losing 150 pounds and then having liposuction. He did not need a neck lift, to his relief.
