Before and after gynecomastia correction in a 57 year old man. He had lost a significant amount of weight but still had his “man boobs”. He wasn’t looking for perfection, just to feel more masculine.
Ultrasound assisted liposuction (UAL) permanently removed stubborn breast tissue and fibrous fat from his chest. Four small 3 mm incisions were hidden in the his breast fold.
Follow up images are shown at three months after surgery. He still has some mild swelling and firmness that will continue to go down over the next 3-6 months.
