Before and after gynecomastia correction (male breast reduction) in a 29 year old man. He had achieved an ideal weight through a healthy diet and exercise, yet he had residual male breast tissue and excess fat in his chest region that contributed to self-consciousness.
Ultrasonic liposuction removed a significant amount of fatty tissue and male breast tissue from his chest. Follow up images are shown at 4 months after surgery. He now is more comfortable taking his shirt off and feels that his chest matches the rest of his masculine and fit physique.
