Before and after MACS lift and liposuction of the neck in a 59-year-old man. He had some signs of lower facial aging; he wanted to prevent further aging from occurring and becoming obvious such as more significant jowls and loose neck skin. He particularly wanted to look natural and to keep a masculine, “distinguished” appearance.
A MACS (minimal access cranial suspension) lower facelift/neck lift with liposuction of the neck did just that - refreshed his neck and improved his jawline contour, without pulling him too tight or making his results overtly obvious to others.
Follow up photos are shown 10 weeks after surgery. The incisions in front of the ear are still settling and flattening, and he has redness to his cheek skin due to increased blood flow during healing, but his results are already appreciable and natural looking.
