Before and after lower facelift/neck lift using the MACS lift in a 65-year-old woman. Fifteen years earlier, she had an upper facelift only which did not address her neck. She had developed jowls and loose neck skin.
The minimal access-cranial suspension (MACS) lift technique lifted her jowls, elevated her neck skin and restored her formerly sculpted jawline. Many patients – both women and men – specifically focus on their neck as their primary area of concern as they age and notice years of accumulated sun damage.
Follow up photos are shown 1 month after surgery. She is beginning scar therapy and can already appreciate her results!
