Before and after MACS lift with liposuction of the neck in a 54-year-old woman. She had tried all the available non-surgical methods to rejuvenate her lower face and neck, but nothing would help her jowls and loose skin.
A “minimal-access cranial suspension” (MACS) lower face and neck lift eliminated her jowls, improved the contour of her jawline and provided a natural looking but significant lift of this area. Liposuction removed excess fat from under her chin, in the submental region.
Follow up photos are shown 4 months after surgery. Her scars are fading, and she loves her results already!
