Before and after secondary MACS lift in a 63-year-old woman who had a neck lift and facelift ten year previously. Her jowls had not specifically been addressed by her past surgery. She strived to improve the contour of her jawline and look more like the age she felt, which was “younger than jowls.”
A minimal access cranial suspension (MACS) procedure lifted her jowls, improved the contour of her jawline and rejuvenated her neck region without pulling her too tight or causing her to look “weird.”
She worked from home for the first month after surgery and resumed travel and social engagements after the first month. Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. She is applying scar gel and can appreciate her results.
