Before and after MACS lift in a 71-year-old man. He felt his neck made him look older than he felt. He had a lot of life still left to enjoy, and he wanted to look his best.
A minimal-access-cranial-suspension lower face and neck lift eliminated his jowls, resuspended the soft tissues of his face upward and maintained a natural look.
Follow up photos are shown 2 years after surgery. He is very pleased with his decision to have a MACS lift, and he now comes to visit us annually for fun “social visits”!
