Before and after MACS neck lift in a 73 year old woman. She disliked the appearance of her neck and her jowls and wanted to look refreshed but still like herself.
A MACS lift resuspended the deep tissues of her face and jowls, removed excess fat from under her chin, and redraped her skin upwards for a natural looking neck.
Follow up photos are shown 9 months after surgery. Her neck does not look pulled too tight or unusual – exactly what she wanted!
