During liposuction of the neck and chin area, fat is permanently removed through two tiny (2 millimeter) incisions hidden under the jawline. Once fat is removed, it will never come back as long as you maintain your normal diet and lifestyle.
Follow up photos are shown just one month after surgery. She still has some firm areas of swelling that will take another month or two to completely resolve.
