Before and after right earlobe repair and repiercing in a 32-year-old woman with a right stretched out ear piercing. She wanted to have better symmetry of her earlobes and was relieved to learn that she could have repair of her old ear piercing and insertion of a new earring at the same procedure.
A combined lobule repair and repiercing was performed under local anesthesia as an outpatient office procedure. After surgery, she wore small hoop earrings in place for two months after surgery. She committed to only wearing light earrings without a lot of weight going forward to avoid stretching out of her piercing in the future.
Follow up photos are shown 9 weeks after surgery. She is very pleased with her results.
