Before and after earlobe repair and repiercing in a 67-year-old woman. Her previous piercing had stretched out from years of wearing heavy earrings and always talking on the phone while holding the receiver to her left ear.
A combined lobule repair and repiercing was done as an office procedure under local anesthesia. Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery, with a lightweight dangling earring and a happy patient!
