Before and after bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty in a 64-year-old woman. She had trouble applying eye makeup due to redundant folds of upper eyelid skin and felt that her eyelids did not accurately reflect her youthful, playful spirit!
An upper eyelid lift was combined with a cosmetic breast procedure. After surgery, her eyelid recovery was easy since she was also recovering from breast surgery. she wore dark sunglasses while out of the house until her bruising resolved at three weeks.
Follow up photos are shown just one month after surgery, with a natural-looking result and significant difference to her eyes!
