Before and after labiaplasty in a 25 year old woman. Her labia minora was asymmetric and hung lower than her labia majora, with the right side being longer than the left.
A labiaplasty trimmed this excess tissue and allowed the upper part of the labia minora to lie tucked up neatly within the outer lips of the vagina (labia majora).
Early follow up photos are shown at 6 weeks after surgery. She already feels much more comfortable and has started exercising and having sex again without any of her previous discomfort.
