Before and after breast augmentation and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 34 year old mother. She did not particularly want to look natural and instead was going for a full, augmented, “Vegas fake look”.
While this is not the typical subtle outcome a majority of patients I see are going for, I tell my patients “we can do just about anything” when they are describing the results they want. Placement of smooth round silicone gel high profile implants in the subglandular position (on top of the muscle) created a highly projecting breast with significant upper pole fullness. Follow up images are shown at 6 months after surgery.
