Before and after a MACS neck lift in a 62 year old woman. She wanted a natural look that improved her jawline and lessened her jowls. Her neckline has less of an obtuse angle, with improved definition. Her jowls have been lifted and she shows improvement of the downward sloping “marionette lines” that form with age as the soft tissues of the face descend downward.
