Before and after breast augmentation in a 26 year old woman. She had not yet had children but definitely was planning to have a family in the future. She had a low position of her nipples and areolas, she declined the option to have a lift at the same time because she wanted to ensure she would be able to breast feed in the future.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed in the subglandular position. Follow up images are shown at 6 months after surgery.
While this is not the typical breast augmentation result, this particular patient achieved HER goal – which was to fill out volume lost after weight loss, and to maintain a natural looking result. Achieving each patient’s particular goals one at a time is the most important thing in Plastic Surgery!
