Before and after breast reduction in a 63 year old woman. She had dealt with the symptoms of macromastia since age 15, and was nearing retirement. It was finally time to do something for herself!
A breast reduction removed excess, heavy breast tissue from the bottom and sides of her breasts. Her remaining breast tissue was rearranged so that had a more youthful shape. Note that before surgery, particularly in the side view, the majority of her breast tissue lay below the fold of the breast, and that after, it is all above the fold!
Follow up images are shown at nearly 2 years after surgery.
