Before and after breast reduction in a 34 year old woman. She had not had children and wasn’t sure she wanted to. She had all the expected symptoms related to macromastia: back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, shoulder grooving, difficulty finding tops to fit in relation to her bottom, and discomfort with exercise and bouncing.
Follow up photos at one year after surgery are shown. She is now in a relationship and is considering starting a family. She is thrilled to know that the ability to breast feed was maintained to the best of our ability and her sensation has returned fully.
