Before and after mastopexy (breast lift) in a 41 year old woman. She liked the size of her breasts; she just wished to be perkier and not need to wear a bra if she didn’t feel like it. She declined liposuction of the back fat/bra roll area as she felt she could lose this fat on her own if she lost weight.
Follow up images are shown at 6 months after surgery. The majority of her swelling has subsided and her scars are maturing. She has started an exercise program and is working toward losing weight, which will further improve the results of her surgery, particularly on the sides of her breasts.
