Before and after mastopexy and augmentation in a 35 year old mother of three. Breast feeding took away all her natural breast shape and robbed her of her volume. She wished to have a full, pushed-up look with restoration of her prior fullness.
A smooth round silicone gel breast implant was placed in the subglandular position. A breast lift raised her nipples to a higher and more youthful position, reduced her areola diameter, and removed excess skin. The result is a perkier and fuller breast that fits her frame and that she feels is more proportional to the rest of her body.
Early follow up photos are shown at 3 weeks postoperatively. Her incisions are still healing. Pink discoloration resulting from increased blood flow will recede as healing continues. She is starting to resume light activities such as power walking and she will return to the gym and barre studio next week.
