Before and after breast augmentation and mastopexy (breast lift) in a 37 year old woman who had lost a significant amount of weight previously. She lost a majority of her breast volume, which was accentuated after breast feeding her children. She wished to feel more youthful and to get her old breasts back!
Placement of smooth round silicone gel breast implants in the subglandular position and a mastopexy lifted the nipples, removed and re-draped excess crepe-like skin, and liposuction of the axillary rolls helped to clean up the sides of her breasts and upper back fat/bra roll, to achieve the very best aesthetic contour.
Follow up images are shown at 5 months postoperatively.
