Before and after breast augmentation in a 41 year old woman with preoperative breast asymmetry. She wanted a very subtle and natural result that would take the place of the small padding she wore in her bra.
Different sized smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed in the subglandular position. An inverted nipple correction was performed on the left breast at the same time.
Follow up images are shown at 9 months postoperatively. She feels like her breasts and more balanced with the rest of her body and that they have better symmetry. And we agree! Plastic Surgery results do NOT need to be obvious to others. The most important person to impress is yourself!
