Before and after breast augmentation in a 25 year old woman. She wished to have fuller breasts but to maintain her current breast shape. Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed in the subglandular position.
Follow up images are shown at 4 weeks postoperatively. The incision is hidden the inframammary fold. Because implants are not placed under the muscle, there is very little swelling and no need for implants to “drop” or “fluff”! She has been given permission to resume all her regular physical activities.
