Before and after breast augmentation in a 45 year old mother of three. She developed drooping of her nipples and deflation of her breast volume after breast feeding her children.
Placement of smooth round silicone gel breast implants in the subglandular position filled out her breast volume. She was offered a lift at the same time but she did not wish to have additional scars on her breast skin.
She is very happy with her results, and she does not her nipples still being low on the breast. She understands that she could have a lift of the nipples in the future as an in-office procedure under local anesthesia.
