Before and after breast augmentation in a 57 year old woman. Smooth round silicone gel implants were placed subglandularly to increase her breast volume and give her the result she was going for.
Follow up images are shown at 3 months postoperatively. You are NEVER “too old” to “finally do something for yourself”, as this patient chose to do after her children got married!
