Before and after breast augmentation is this very thin and physically fit 47 year old former body builder. Follow up photos at 6 years postoperatively are seen.
Breast implants were placed ON TOP of the pectoralis major muscle. Smooth round silicone gel implants are used in all our patients to provide the most natural results with a teardrop shape to the breast and avoidance of the “flexion/motion deformity” that occurs when implants are placed under the muscle.
