Before and after breast augmentation in a 33 year old woman with smooth round silicone gel implants placed subglandularly. She had lost a significant amount of volume after breast feeding and developed significant asymmetry of breast volume.
Follow up images are shown at 4 months after surgery. She has achieved her goal of fuller breasts and a natural looking result that suits her body and is proportional to her frame. She has much better symmetry, through the use of two different implant volumes to even out the missing tissue.
