Before and after breast augmentation and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 34 year old mother. She had lost volume after breast feeding her children, and gained stubborn fat in the armpit region that made her feel self-conscious when wearing tank tops or sleeveless shirts.
Placement of smooth, round silicone gel implants subglandularly achieved a natural and proportional result that balanced the rest of her curves.
Liposuction of the axillary rolls performed at the same time helped to empty out this fatty deposit. Follow up images are shown at 9 months after surgery. She now feels like her breasts are proportional to her body and she has absolutely no problem wearing tank tops!
