Before and after tubular breast correction using silicone gel implants placed subglandularly in a 25 year old woman who is extremely thin and athletic.
Note the features of tubular breasts before surgery: a relatively high position of the inframammary fold on the chest (the folds beneath the breasts) that creates the appearance of nipple droop, a small breast volume and wide space between the breasts. She wished to be very full-breasted with a dramatic increase in volume and without modification of her nipples or areolas or additional scars.
Follow up images are seen at one year. Her inframammary folds have been lowered to a more natural position, which corrects apparent drooping of her nipples. She is very pleased with the outcome of her surgery!
