Before and after tubular breast correction via a breast augmentation and mastopexy in a 23 year old woman. Her breasts naturally had a tubular shape – she wanted a natural breast contour and breast size that matched the rest of her frame. Bilateral (both sides) mastopexy and augmentation filled out her breast envelope, lowered her irregularly high breast folds, redraped her skin in a youthful shape around the breast implants, and reduced her areola size.
Additional liposuction of the axillary rolls and back fat/bra rolls helped to further contour her chest region and provide the best aesthetic result. Follow up images are shown at 6 months postoperatively with maturing, pink incisions.
