Before and after mastopexy and augmentation in a 27 year old woman who has not yet had children. She had previously lost weight, which contributed to a droopy and empty breast appearance. Placement of silicone gel implants in the subglandular position filled out her breast volume, and a lift raised her nipples and areolas up to a more youthful position on the breast.
Early follow up images are shown at 3 months postoperatively with immature, pink scars. She has begun scar therapy; her incisions will continue to fade over the next year as the blood vessels that travel to the incisions to help heal them recede with further healing.
