Before and after breast revision. This patient had previously placed implants and capsular contracture. She also had droop of her nipple and areola that contributed to the displeasing look. Both implants were changed from saline to silicone, capsulectomy was performed to remove scar tissue and make a more natural pocket for the implants, and bilateral mastopexy lifted the nipples and areolas to a higher and more youthful position. Early results are seen at 2 months postoperatively with expected pink immature scars.
