Before and after labiaplasty in a 34-year-old woman. At the same time as her breast implant revision surgery, she wanted to improve the appearance of her vaginal region. Her long labia minora hung out from her swimsuit bottoms and caused discomfort when she had sex or exercised.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess length of the labia minora, to include the more darkly pigmented tissue. Follow up photos are shown 6 weeks after surgery, with a natural looking early result and a comfortable patient!
