Before and after labiaplasty in a 27-year-old woman. She felt discomfort when she exercised or had sexual intercourse, and felt self-conscious about the long labia minora that protruded out from her labia majora.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora but left a normal and natural amount of tissue behind. Early follow-up photos are shown 2 weeks after surgery. She will resume exercise in another week or two - but can already appreciate her results!
The last image shows her actual labia minora tissue that was removed during her labiaplasty procedure, performed under local anesthesia with inhaled laughing gas and an oral anti-anxiety medication.
