Before and after Mommy Makeover consisting of a bilateral breast augmentation, tummy tuck and liposuction in a 41-year-old mother of three. She wanted to restore fullness of her breasts that had been lost with breastfeeding, and to have a flat, firm tummy again.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. An abdominoplasty repaired her rectus diastasis, trimmed excess lower abdominal skin, and inset her belly button through a new skin opening.
Liposuction permanently removed excess fat from her upper and lower abdomen, flanks, pubic region and upper inner thighs. Follow up photos are shown 2 years after surgery. Her breasts have a natural look, her scars have matured, and she loves her outcome!
