Before and after liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, inner and outer thighs in a 62-year-old woman. She wanted to improve the contour of her lower body at the same time as a breast augmentation.
Liposuction permanently removed over four liters of fat from her upper and lower abdomen, flanks, pubic region, outer thighs (saddle bags), inner thighs and inner knees. After surgery, she wore compression under her clothes for two months.
Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery. While she still has some firm swelling (edema), she already loves her results!
