Before and after labiaplasty in a 27-year-old woman. She found exercising and having sex uncomfortable due to her long labia minora tissue which got caught and pulled with movement.
A labiaplasty trimmed only the protruding amount of labia minora, leaving a normal amount of tissue behind to preserve normal lubrication function and maintain a natural appearance to the external genitalia.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery.
