Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 41-year-old woman with breast asymmetry.
A breast reduction removed more tissue from her left larger breast and lifted her breasts into a natural looking teardrop shape. She elected not to have liposuction of her axillary rolls – which was reasonable, since her armpit and bra rolls fat did not bother her.
Long-term follow up photos are shown two and a half years after surgery. Her scars are fully mature, and she can appreciate her final results.
