Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 22-year-old woman with congenital breast asymmetry and droop (ptosis) of her breasts. She was back in the Bay Area on a break after graduating from university and wanted to have surgery before starting her Master’s degree.
Surgery was performed as an outpatient procedure, removing some breast tissue from the lower pole of her breasts and creating improved symmetry. Liposuction removed a small amount of fat from her armpits as part of the procedure.
Early follow up photos are shown 6 weeks after surgery. She has returned to college overseas and will come back to see us in follow up at the end of her graduate degree.
