Before and after labiaplasty in a 50-year-old woman. At the same time as having liposuction of her inner and outer thighs, she wanted to trim her long labia minora tissue so that she had more ease exercising.
The more darkly pigmented part of her labia minora was trimmed under local anesthesia as an in-office outpatient procedure. Follow up photos are shown 7 weeks after surgery.
