Before and after labiaplasty in a 47-year-old woman. She felt discomfort when she exercised, wore yoga pants and had sex. She wanted to maintain a normal appearance and “not look surgical,” since she was newly single and “back out on the market”.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue but left a normal amount of this specialized tissue behind. Follow up photos are shown 2 months after surgery. Despite residual swelling, she is already thrilled with the appearance and is “one thousand percent more comfortable” doing any and all activities.
