Before and after bilateral breast augmentation and bilateral nipple reduction in a 33-year-old woman with significant hypomastia and nipple hypertrophy. She was looking for a small augmentation and more proportional looking nipples.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Her nipples were made around half their original size, and their base was stabilized so they were less floppy as well.
Follow up photos are shown 6 weeks after surgery. She has begun scar therapy and is actively doing implant massage.
