Before and after bilateral nipple reduction in a 33-year-old woman. She felt self-conscious about the large size and pedunculated nature of her nipples, which had become longer and more stretched-out after breastfeeding.
A nipple reduction reduced the size of her nipples, made them less long and less floppy at their base. Dissolving sutures slowly fell out on their own a month after surgery.
Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery. She no longer feels the need to wear padded bras to hide her nipples!
