Before and after bilateral brachioplasty and liposuction of the arms in a 61-year-old woman. She had a limited amount of upper arm excess skin that was appropriate for surgical removal, as an arm lift procedure together with liposuction of her arms.
Under general anesthesia, excess upper abdominal skin was surgically removed, while liposuction removed over two liters of excess fat from her arms.
Follow up photos are shown 2 months after surgery. The last images show the actual fat removed during this patient’s liposuction procedure and the weight of the skin removed during her brachioplasty.
