Before and after liposuction of the body in a 33-year-old woman. She was planning her wedding and wanted to have the sleekest figure possible in her wedding dress! She was fit and active, but after having worked for two years straight at the gym, she felt she still had a few “trouble areas” that she wanted help with.
Liposuction permanently removed fat from her upper and lower abdomen, circumferential flanks, and upper inner thighs (extending around the back posteriorly to her banana rolls) and outer thighs (saddlebags). After surgery, she wore compression under her clothes for nearly three months to encourage skin contraction.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. She still has palpable surgical swelling, but is already incredibly pleased with her results. She recently chose a fabulous wedding dress – without needing to wear any shapewear at the fitting! At one year postoperatively, she will have her final results.
