Before and after labiaplasty in a 27-year-old woman. She wanted a “cleaner look” to her labia region, and to feel less tugging and pain when she exercised or had sex.
A labiaplasty trimmed only the longer, more darkly pigmented parts of the labia minora, leaving the lighter pink and smoother labia minora intact.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. She feels very comfortable in intimate settings and no longer even considers her labia when deciding what type of exercise to do!
