Before and after labiaplasty in a 16-year-old woman. She experienced discomfort during competitive sports and, while not excited about surgery, was relieved that a simple procedure under local anesthesia could help her compete without needing to apply ice after every game.
With full parental consent (since this patient was a legal minor), a labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue using the "trim technique". After surgery, she took a full month off training and competitions.
Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery. She no longer even thinks about her labia and is very happy to have found about this procedure!
