Before and after labiaplasty in a 34-year-old woman. she was planning a breast lift and wanted to trim her labia minora tissue at the same time to have improved aesthetics and comfort in this region.
A labiaplasty trimmed only the excess length of labia minora tissue using the “trim technique.” After surgery, she had a full month off exercise due to her breast procedure.
Follow up photos are shown 6 weeks after surgery.
