Before and after liposuction of the body in a 34-year-old woman. At the same time as a breast reduction and lift, she wanted to improve the contour of her midsection. A combined breast and body procedure was planned as outpatient surgery under general anesthesia.
Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls, together with her abdomen, flanks, upper inner thighs and pubic region. Incisions were designed to sit in her swimsuit lines as much as possible.
Nearly four liters of fat were removed – permanently! After surgery, she wore compression garments under her clothes around-the-clock until the bruising resolved fully (three and a half weeks), and then transitioned to shapewear until the three month mark.
Follow up photos are shown 18 months after surgery. Her scars are still fading, and she is fitting into dresses she wore in her twenties. She loves her results and feels like her hard work at the gym is finally showing!
